Purpose of This Website
This website lists the product transfer, key dates, and legal information.
This site does not provide a customer account, package server, checkout, or support portal.
Hosting via Cloudflare Pages
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages and the Cloudflare network. In that context, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, request metadata, browser and device information, referrer data, timestamps, and cache or security log data.
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable, and efficient delivery of this website.
Server Logs and Delivery Security
When you access this website, the hosting provider may automatically collect log data required to deliver the content, defend against abuse, and maintain platform security.
This may include requested URL, browser type, operating system, IP address, access time, and referrer information. The data is not used to identify you unless this is necessary to investigate misuse or meet legal obligations.
No Built-In Tracking or Contact Forms
This website does not use its own analytics, newsletter tools, marketing trackers, or contact forms.
If you choose to click external links to successor vendors or other third parties, those providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Legacy Customer and User Data
Legacy personal data from Krymo Software systems is scheduled to be deleted by April 5, 2026, except where statutory retention obligations apply, such as invoice retention.
No personal data is sold or automatically transferred to successor entities. License migration had to be initiated by the customer and was subject to the published transition process.
Storage Duration
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, unless legal retention duties require longer storage.
Where deletion is legally permissible and the purpose no longer applies, data will be deleted or access-restricted accordingly.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing activities.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
